Proposed Trip to the Somme
Autumn 2016
At the AGM, held on 15th November 2014, it was proposed that the Society would undertake a trip to the Somme
Travel
The approximate cost of the trip is €800 per person sharing. Duration 3-4 nights. This includes flights, transfers, guides and hotel accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
Members and guests interested should forward a deposit of €250 per person to Darina McCarthy by January 31st and make cheques payable to ‘County Kildare Archaeological Society’.
As you may be aware, there is huge interest in World War I and the Battle Field Sites and it may be difficult to secure preferred accommodation nearer the time.
A non refundable deposit of €250 per person will be payable on booking, which should be accompanied by the booking form below.
